TextAnywhere has been a provider of SMS services since 2002, and by focusing in this core area it has allowed TextAnywhere to offer a superior and extremely cost effective set of text messaging services to clients looking to send and receive SMS messages.

Digital Clarity has worked with TextAnywhere to deliver qualified leads via PPC and SEO strategies over the past 8 years.

Objectives

As the market has evolved, the strategy and account management have needed to develop alongside these changes. As a focused lead generation account it was key to drive high quality traffic to generate high quality leads:

  • Reduce Paid Search (PPC) media spend whilst retaining lead volume
  • Increase ROI from both PPC & SEO
  • Reduce CPA and Cost Per Opened Account

Strategy

Over the course of 8 years Digital Clarity have optimised, restructured and evolved the PPC and SEO strategies to fall inline with the changes to Google search engine result pages alongside TextAnywhere’s client service offering and website.

Further to the above, Digital Clarity launched targeted LinkedIn campaigns to engage with the prime target audience.

  • Comprehensive Google Ads optimisation focusing on targeting business and commercial leads
  • Content creation and distribution to help increase SEO keyword rankings for highly relevant terms
  • Onsite SEO optimisation and recommendation to improve overall SEO and also assist with PPC quality scores
  • Analytics data capture to understand lead quality
  • Thorough weekly and monthly reporting insights as well as analysis, feedback and implementation

Results

Over 2016 Digital Clarity have achieved further increased organic keyword positions on Google UK, as well as reducing Google Ads media spend whilst working to maintain consistent levels of conversions and sales:
