Based in London, Portman Tech is a unified communications and IT support business, offering a consultative approach to provide telecommunications solutions to propel business growth.
Having been through a rebrand that was yet to be unveiled, and having pivoted their business offering, Portman Tech were keen to relaunch the overall business offering to new customers, in order to grow their business further. With no prior digital marketing strategy in place, they enlisted the help of Digital Clarity.
While the overarching objective was to drive more leads for the business, Portman Tech knew that they needed support in understanding where the potential opportunities lie, the challenges they had to overcome, and how digital marketing could aid the overall business growth.
A Diagnosis Workshop was carried out with key members of the Portman Tech team, in order for us to fully understand their business and vision. The workshop involved deep questioning, from the business offering and ideal customer, through to the full sales flow and revenue drivers.
Once we had a clear view of both the short and long term goals, we were able to devise a projected strategy of how Portman Tech could educate, engage and convert new business. This included a project plan for the following 6 months, as well as year 1 and year 2 projections based off of the recommended strategy.
Having seen the potential value that a full online marketing strategy could achieve, put forward by Digital Clarity in the Opportunity Assessment, Portman Tech agreed to ongoing digital marketing services provided by Digital Clarity.
